Job Overview This is a full-time work-from-home position that offers the flexibility and comfort of working from your own space. However, please note that you may be required to attend multiple days of in-person training onsite, and additional details will be provided if you successfully complete the hiring process. To be considered for this role, you must live within a commutable distance of Kansas City, KS. As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls from our cardholders, maintaining up-to-date customer information, resolving inquiries, authorizing sales, and building strong relationships with clients, customers, and colleagues. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound calls from cardholders, providing exceptional customer service and support Maintain accurate and up-to-date computerized customer information Resolve customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner Authorize sales and process transactions as needed Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, customers, and colleagues Collaborate with team members to achieve customer service goals and objectives Requirements for Success To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, thrive in a team environment, and effectively communicate with customers and colleagues. You will also require proficient computer skills, including the ability to manage information in multiple windows, type while talking, and utilize Microsoft Outlook.
