Customer Business Manager

Summary The Senior Customer Business Manager is responsible for driving profitable growth of the noosa portfolio by delivering distribution, volume, share, and trade spend objectives across assigned customers. This role partners closely cross-functional teams to execute fact-based selling strategies, customer reviews, and best-in-class promotion and merchandising plans. Success in this role requires a results-oriented mindset, strong analytical capability, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while building trusted customer relationships. Duties and Responsibilities Ensure delivery of noosa portfolio business objectives by achieving distribution, volume, share, promotion execution, and trade spend objectives within assigned customer(s). Effectively work with our broker partners in building and maintaining best-in-class collaboration with customers. Execute and deliver monthly, quarterly and annual sales objectives. Monitor and evaluate activities and performance of the noosa portfolio, customers, and competition, providing strategic recommendations as needed to deliver profitable sales growth. Work cross-functionally to deliver a fact-based selling approach to customer reviews across the noosa portfolio. Establish specific sales and merchandising (SMART) objectives for each key customer within the assigned geography. Improve processes and procedures related to volume / trade planning by utilizing existing tools. Skills & Values Requirements 5 years minimum direct selling experience to food retailers and distributors. Demonstrated sales skills including negotiation, account management, and strategic fact-based selling. Team player with strong and proven leadership qualities with cross-functional exposure / experience. Track record of being highly customer focused; building and maintaining excellent relationships. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects against deadlines. Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills. Proficient in IRI / Circana, SPINS, Nielsen, or similar data tools. Traditional consumer products knowledge. Strong degree of energy with a results-oriented mindset. Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Trade Promotions Management (TPM) tools. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. 5 years direct selling experience with food retailers. Proven success developing sales plans and executing the plans via an effective sales strategy. Strong leader with the ability to motivate, take risks, and make decisions quickly but with good judgment. Ability to travel.
