As a Customer Service Representative, you'll have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home, providing top-notch service to our valued customers via phone, chat, and email. Key Responsibilities Handle a high volume of incoming calls, chats, and emails from customers, stores, and associates while navigating multiple systems to aid in answering questions and resolving issues. Communicate professionally and in a conversational manner to ensure customer satisfaction, utilizing all available resources to exceed our customers' needs. Demonstrate punctuality, reliability, and dedication to making a difference in the lives of our customers. Work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple customer interactions simultaneously while maintaining a high level of quality and accuracy. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: A high school diploma or equivalent (GED). A minimum typing speed of 25 WPM. Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Outlook and Word. Previous customer service experience, preferably in a contact center environment. The ability to successfully complete our mandatory training program. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following skills and experience will give you a competitive edge: Previous experience working in a remote or work-from-home environment. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with internal stakeholders. Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other contact center technologies.
