Key Responsibilities
Model and convey a unique and great client experience, ensuring that all customers receive considerate, fair, and professional service
Register sales on designated sales registers, provide clients with efficient checkout services, and process voids, returns, and exchanges as needed
Engage clients and patients by greeting them, offering help with products and services, and resolving customer issues to ensure a positive experience
Utilize pharmacy systems to acquire patient and medication data, process prescriptions, and ensure accurate record-keeping
Collaborate with pharmacists, staff, and senior management to deliver exceptional customer service and support pharmacy operations
Maintain a clean, well-organized, and promoted store environment, including counters, stockrooms, and inventory management
Perform administrative tasks, such as processing manual claims, revising and resubmitting cases, and maintaining records
Support inventory management activities, including ordering, receiving, and storing shipments of medications and other products
Ensure compliance with state and local regulations regarding controlled substances and other products
Essential Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., healthcare, pharmacy, customer service)
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends
Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico)
Basic computer skills and familiarity with pharmacy systems
Preferred Qualifications
At least six months of experience in a retail environment, preferably in a pharmacy or healthcare setting
Previous work experience with arenaflex or a similar organization
Good numerical skills, including counting, measuring, and weighing medications
PTCB certification or willingness to obtain certification through the designated training program
