Key Responsibilities Provide excellent customer care and focus on assessing customers' needs to deliver personalized solutions Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems in a professional and timely manner Learn and follow all customer service procedures and policies to ensure consistency and quality in our service delivery Strive to meet and exceed personal and team target goals, contributing to the overall success of our customer service team Record, organize, and file customer interactions and account changes accurately and efficiently Identify opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell our products and services, enhancing the customer experience and driving revenue growth Schedule call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs and follow up on pending issues Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve our overall service delivery Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively over the phone and other communication platforms. You should have previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences. Basic computer skills and experience with software applications are also essential, as well as the ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage your time efficiently.
