Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: At least 1 year of experience working in a customer service or call center environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional support and service. Top-notch written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management. Solid computer skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook, as well as internet savviness and the ability to learn new systems and technologies. Fast typing skills, with the ability to respond to a high volume of emails and chats in a timely and efficient manner. Access to a reliable internet connection with a minimum speed of 100 kb/s, ensuring that you can work efficiently and effectively from your remote workspace. A quiet, secure, and dedicated home workspace, with the ability to minimize distractions and maintain confidentiality. Availability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, especially during peak seasons.
