Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our Merchant Services team, working from the comfort of your own home. As a vital part of our Inbound Enactments group, you will report to the Merchant Services Manager and play a key role in driving best practices, issue resolution, and metrics monitoring. This is a full-time opportunity that offers a competitive salary of $26 per hour, with a hybrid work arrangement that includes both remote and in-office work (when our offices resume).
