? Update existing data and manage data cleanup tasks as required.
? Organize and maintain data files, ensuring all information is easily accessible and up-to-date.
? Generate reports and perform data analysis as needed.
? Collaborate with team members to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
? Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
Qualifications
? High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in data management or related fields are a plus.
? Proven experience in data entry or similar roles.
? Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
? Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace tools.
? Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
? Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
? Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
? Reliable internet connection and a suitable home office environment.
Working Hours
This is a part-time position with flexible working hours. The candidate should be available to work a minimum of 15-20 hours per week.
