About the Role
We're excited to offer a Work from Home opportunity for a Customer Service Representative to join our CVS Health team. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the primary point of contact for our members, providing exceptional service and support to address their pharmacy benefit plan inquiries. You'll take inbound calls, answer questions, and offer solutions to simplify their healthcare experience.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to member inquiries regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions
Provide accurate and timely solutions to member concerns, ensuring a positive and personalized experience
Utilize knowledge of pharmacy benefit plans to educate members on their coverage and options
Maintain a high level of customer service, ensuring courteous telephone etiquette and professionalism
Adhere to HIPAA and governmental compliance requirements, ensuring the confidentiality and security of member information
Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends, products, and services
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
1 year of experience interacting with customers in a call center, retail, customer service, or hospitality environment
Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications
High School Diploma or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
We're looking for candidates with:
Associate's degree or equivalent experience
Ability to problem-solve in a positive and productive manner
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong customer service skills, including patience, empathy, and professionalism
Reliability and compliance with scheduling standards
