As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our members receive the support they need to achieve their health goals. Key Responsibilities Receive and document customer concerns while ensuring all relevant information is correct in a timely manner Ensure all company procedures are followed and accurate trip data is input in our systems Demonstrate a personal commitment to producing high-quality work and refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation and resolution Multitask effectively and efficiently to extract necessary information from multiple systems and review and educate members on our services and their insurance coverage Answer a high volume of calls (up to 100+ per day) and respond to customer inquiries in a clear and concise manner Work independently under general supervision and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment Essential and Preferred Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED) 0-2 years of related experience, with 6+ months of contact center or customer service experience Strong organizational skills, written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to type 35wpm or more Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to talk and type simultaneously in a clear and concise manner The ability to work overtime as required and attend 100% of training, on camera, for the first 30 days of employment Skills and Competencies Required for Success To excel as a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will need: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work independently and make sound judgments The ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment A customer-centric approach, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and support A willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and systems Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our team members.
