**Your Role and Responsibilities**
As a Phone and Chat Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for engaging with potential customers, understanding their business needs, and presenting careerzynith as the solution. Your specific responsibilities will include:
* Qualifying prospects through cold calling, emailing, and messaging
* Successfully converting prospects into long-term business relationships
* Meeting monthly and weekly sales goals
* Providing exceptional customer service, answering customer questions about features, benefits, pricing, and availability
* Growing customer accounts through low-ticket sales
* Collaborating with the sales team to share ideas and best practices
* Implementing effective organizational techniques for managing each stage of the sales cycle

+ $800-$1500 at Beginner Level (1-4 months in the company after training)

+ No cap on commissions – your earnings will highly depend on your performance

**Requirements**
To succeed as a Phone and Chat Sales Representative, you'll need:
* Proven experience of at least 6 months in cold calling or similar sales/customer service role
* Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas, preferably over the phone
* Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
* C1-C2 English proficiency
* A computer with Windows 8 or newer, or Mac OS 2015 or newer
* Full-Time Availability
