About the Role
We are seeking experienced and motivated customer service representatives to join our team at arenaflex. As a customer service representative, you will have the freedom to control your schedule and career path, working from the comfort of your own home. You will provide sales, support, and customer service to some of America's top companies, navigating client systems, and updating customer information and orders. With the ability to select your own schedule and choose the client you service, you will have the flexibility to work around your needs and priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service, sales, and support to clients and customers
Navigate client systems and update customer information and orders accurately and efficiently
Select your own schedule, half hour by half hour, to ensure flexibility and work-life balance
Choose the client you service, allowing you to work with companies that align with your interests and skills
Work from the comfort of your own home, with access to an online, instructor-led certification course
Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge


Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must meet the following requirements:

Pass a background check, voice and other assessments, and a computer check (if required)
Pass a certification course and provide a notarized affidavit of identity
May be required to take a drug test, depending on the client
Have a computer, dual monitor (preferred but not required), phone with headset (POTS and digital, no VOIP or softphone), internet (hardwired), and USB headset
Have a quiet space to work, free from distractions and interruptions


Essential Qualifications:

Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Basic computer skills and knowledge of software applications
Ability to navigate multiple systems and platforms


Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related field
Experience working in a virtual or remote environment
Knowledge of client systems and software applications
Certifications or training in customer service, sales, or a related field
