They are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Account Director to drive revenue growth by building relationships with MedTech companies and delivering tailored solutions to meet their needs.ResponsibilitiesBuild and drive your own pipelineDevelop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets in the US MedTech industryIdentify and engage with medical device manufacturers and distributorsLeverage your knowledge of SAP systems to address client challenges related to MedTech loan and consignment, inventory management and order processing in an SAP environmentCollaborate closely with the SAP and/or system integrator sales teamsPresent and sell SaaS-based solutions tailored to the needs of MedTech OEMs and their distributorsDemonstrate expertise in consignment inventory models, providing insights on how they can benefit clientsโ€™ supply chain operationsAct as a trusted advisor by delivering consultative sales approaches that align with client goalsManage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles involving clinical, administrative, and IT teamsCollaborate with internal teams (e.g., product development, marketing, delivery) to ensure client satisfaction and solution alignmentStay updated on industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies within MedTech and healthcare IT in generalSkills7+ years of enterprise software sales experience in the MedTech industry, or healthcare industryUnderstanding of SAP supply chain and order management systems in a sales operational or consulting delivery capacitySaaS Knowledge: Proven ability to sell or work with SaaS-based solutionsConsignment Inventory Experience: Familiarity with consignment inventory models and their application in the MedTech sectorConsultative Selling: Strong consultative sales skills with the ability to understand client pain points and deliver tailored solutionsCommunication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; ability to present complex technical solutionsExisting network within the MedTech, or healthcare industryExperience working with CRM toolsAbility to work and stage deals to close on the planned month/quarterAdaptable to the myriad of challenges each day can presentInquisitive and not afraid to ask all the questions, no matter how basicReady to roll up your sleeves and help othersStrive for excellence in your work, your team and the companyBenefitsCompetitive base salary plus performance-based incentives/commission.Comprehensive benefits packageOpportunities for professional growthA collaborative work environment that values innovation and client successCompany OverviewMymediset offers certified SAP add-on solutions for medical device companies.
