About the Role: Providing World-Class Customer Service Support In this role, you will have the opportunity to interact with guests and travel agent partners via phone, providing support and answering questions related to cruising, destinations, ship amenities, and other pre-cruise related travel inquiries. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, and your exceptional communication skills, patience, and attention to detail will ensure that every interaction is positive and memorable.
