Key Responsibilities

Forge connections with customers to cultivate lasting relationships that drive repeat business and loyalty
Skillfully review, validate, and process customer transactions with accuracy, including check cashing, money transfer, and customer payments
Proactively maximize customer success by offering personalized financial services that fit their lifestyle and needs
Enter and maintain customer information with precision and integrity into a Point-of-Sale (POS) system
Build new business by completing inbound and outbound call campaigns daily, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our services
Assist in customer account management and collections by accepting payments, monitoring, and managing customer appointments
Maintain internal and external store appearance and meet cleanliness standards to enhance the customer experience
Maintain office security protocols and conduct proper opening and closing procedures, including management of vault and cash drawer
Uphold compliance with arenaflex policies and procedures, and all relevant local, state, and federal laws and regulations
Engage in ongoing training and remain updated on our evolving products and processes to ensure continuous improvement and growth


Essential Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and colleagues
Professional demeanor with customers and peers, demonstrating a positive and respectful attitude
Meticulous attention to detail and ability to accurately enter data into our POS system
Proficiency in using phone, Point of Sale, Microsoft Office, and other computer systems
Must be at least 18 years of age
Background check required (subject to applicable law)
Ability to meet the physical demands for this position, which frequently include: the ability to remain in a stationary position, including standing up to 90% of the time, the ability to move and transport up to 25 pounds, the ability to move about inside and outside of the store, and the operation of mechanical controls, such as a keyboard


Preferred Qualifications and Skills

Experience in check cashing, document verification, and/or money order processing
Prior cash handling, cash drawer/vault management experience
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus and may be required for certain locations
