**Job Summary**
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative – Evening & Weekends Part/Full Time Shift, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients via inbound calls, emails, and chats. * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including issues, resolutions, and follow-up actions
* Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance customer service skills and stay up-to-date on product knowledge
* Work effectively in a team environment, providing support and assistance to colleagues as needed
* Meet or exceed performance metrics, including customer satisfaction, first-call resolution, and average handling time
**Essential Qualifications**
* High School Diploma or equivalent (Preferred)
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong focus on spelling and grammar
* Excellent listening comprehension skills, with the ability to understand and respond to customer needs
* Proficient with basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite
* Clear, professional, and friendly voice, with the ability to communicate effectively via phone and chat
* Type at least 35 words per minute with 90% accuracy
* Excellent customer service skills, with a strong focus on empathy, patience, and problem-solving
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Spanish/English bilingual (a plus)
* Availability for both weekend days (Saturday and/or Sunday)
* Experience working in a call center or customer-facing environment
