As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be working in a fast-paced environment, processing EDI orders, and handling customer inquiries with ease.

**Responsibilities**

As a Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, your key responsibilities will include:

* **Primary Point of Contact**: You'll be the primary point of contact between our customers and company, ensuring seamless communication and resolving any issues that may arise.
* **EDI Data Entry**: You'll be responsible for processing EDI data entry, including complaints, orders, errors, account questions, billing, and cancellations.
* **Order Processing**: You'll process purchase order confirmations, advanced ship notifications, and invoicing systems for all EDI orders.
* **Customer Communication**: You'll handle inbound and outbound calls from/to wholesalers, distributors, consumers, business customers, and Account Managers.
* **Problem Ticket Processing**: You'll process incoming problem tickets from Distributors and Direct Customers.

**Essential Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

* **2+ years of experience** in order processing, EDI, and customer service.
* **Strong communication and problem-solving skills**, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* **Excellent attention to detail**, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
* **Ability to work independently**, with minimal supervision.

**Preferred Qualifications**

While not essential, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

* **Experience working with EDI orders**, with a strong understanding of EDI protocols and procedures.
* **Knowledge of order processing systems**, including purchase order confirmations and invoicing systems.
* **Certifications in customer service**, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Service Manager (CCSM).
