**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in Mansfield, TX. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for processing customer orders and inquiries, communicating with customers over phone, email, and chat, and helping customers navigate our website and online ordering system. **Key Responsibilities**
* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology

* Become a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
**Minimum Requirements**
* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
* Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers!
