**Job Summary**

As a Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, dispatching plumbers and helpers, and assisting with administrative tasks. You'll be the face of our company, and your interactions will shape the customer experience. If you're a people person with a passion for delivering outstanding service, we want to hear from you!

**Key Responsibilities**

* Fielding incoming and outgoing calls to schedule new customers, make outgoing calls, and assist with dispatch
* Providing assistance to plumbers/helpers, office staff, and other team members as needed
* Maintaining excellent communication with external and internal customers, as well as interline companies
* Assisting with data entry, billing, and filing
* Collaborating with the Office Manager to ensure seamless operations
* Providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and escalating concerns as needed
* Maintaining accurate records and reports, as required

**Qualifications**

* 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Strong keyboarding skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
* Ability to work in a high-volume call center environment
* Experience with handling a high volume of phone calls
* Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
* Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
