Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
⢠Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries via live chat platforms.
⢠Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customers complaint and determining the cause of the issue.
⢠Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate departments when necessary.
⢠Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and policies.
⢠Document interactions accurately in the system with attention to detail.
⢠Meet or exceed performance KPIs including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.
⢠Provide support to international customers across various time zones.
⢠Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent and high-quality service.
Required Skills and Qualifications
⢠Excellent written communication skills in English.
⢠Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
⢠Familiarity with customer support software, chat systems, and CRM tools.
⢠Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
⢠A reliable internet connection and a distraction-free home office setup.
⢠A calm and empathetic approach to dealing with frustrated or upset customers.
⢠Typing speed of at least 35+ WPM with high accuracy.
Experience
⢠Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in customer support, preferably in a chat-based environment.
⢠Freshers with excellent English writing skills and the right attitude will also be considered.
Working Hours
⢠Night Shift (9:00 PM to 6:00 AM IST)
⢠Monday to Saturday (1 day off per week ā rotational)
⢠Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays as required.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
⢠In-depth understanding of customer service practices and conflict resolution.
⢠Knowledge of help desk systems and chat tools (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom).
⢠Adaptability to changing technologies and processes.
⢠Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
⢠Comfortable handling high volumes of customer inquiries during peak hours.
