Job Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you will be the face and voice of our brand, providing exceptional support to our valued customers and helping to drive business growth. Your key responsibilities will include:
Providing exceptional customer care via phone, responding to account and product inquiries, and delivering outstanding customer experiences
Performing account maintenance on our careerzynith Business Credit extension and various Business Plan products, ensuring seamless customer interactions
Handling an average of 80-100 calls per day, navigating multiple customer service platforms, and resolving issues in a fast-paced, structured environment
Embodying our company values, ensuring professional treatment of customer requests and adherence to regulatory and compliance guidelines
Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues, and providing feedback to improve our services and processes
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, communications, or a related discipline
Experience: 2+ years of customer service experience, with a proven track record of building client loyalty and delivering exceptional results
Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, ability to work in a dynamic environment, and proficiency in navigating multiple customer service platforms
Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other relevant tools and technologies
