**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

* Accurately handling customer funds and processing transactions using the POS system, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
* Remaining constantly aware of customer activity to ensure a safe and secure shopping environment, reporting any incidents or concerns to management promptly.
* Performing all other duties as assigned to maintain an effective and profitable store operation, including participating in visual merchandising, inventory management, and loss prevention initiatives.
**Position Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A high school diploma or equivalent, with the ability to follow directives and interpret retail operational documents as assigned.
* Previous experience working in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environments is preferred, but not required.
* The ability to regularly lift up to 40lbs (and occasionally, up to 55lbs) from floor level to above shoulder height, with the ability to meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting, with or without reasonable accommodation.
* A flexible, full-time schedule that includes days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, with the ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings.
