As a Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers via phone, email, and chat. **Key Responsibilities**

* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
* Provide accurate and helpful information to customers via phone, email, and chat
* Escalate complex issues to senior team members or management as needed
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
* Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide informed support
* Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
* Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

**Essential Qualifications**

* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or remote support environment
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
* Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Experience with CRM software and customer service platforms

* Bilingual or multilingual skills
* Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role
* Certification in customer service or a related field
