As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of careerzynith, interacting with customers through phone, email, and chat to resolve their queries and concerns. **Key Responsibilities**
* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology

**Minimum Requirements**
* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
* Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment
* Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software
