Are you an experienced healthcare recruiter with a proven track record navigating MSP (Managed Service Provider)and VMS (Vendor Management System) clients? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment where your earning potential is limitless? If so, we want to work with you!
We are seeking an ambitious, results-oriented Healthcare Recruiter to join our growing team. This is a commission-only role—perfect for recruiters who are confident in their abilities and motivated by performance-based compensation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Source, screen, and recruit qualified healthcare professionals for contract and permanent roles across the U.S.
• Work directly with MSP and VMS platforms to manage job orders and submit candidates
• Utilize your own sourcing resources and tools to identify top healthcare talent
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to placement
• Collaborate virtually with our team to achieve hiring goals and meet client needs
Requirements:
✅ Minimum 1 year of experience recruiting healthcare professionals within an MSP and/or VMS environment
✅ Strong understanding of the MSP/VMS process, compliance, and submission guidelines
✅ Must have access to your own sourcing tools (e.g., job boards, databases, ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.)
✅ Ability to work U.S. business hours (Eastern, Central, Mountain, or Pacific) Or soley on weekends if you choose
✅ Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written)
✅ Self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working independently in a 100% remote role
✅ Must be eligible to work as an independent contractor
✅ Must have your own US phone number / line
Compensation:
• Commission-only: Competitive, high-percentage commission per placement
• No cap on earnings—the more you place, the more you earn
• Real example earnings of one of my assistants: $43,000 in the last 6 months
