Your primary objectives will be to: * Interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner, providing accurate and timely information in response to their inquiries, concerns, and requests * Handle customer complaints and concerns in a fair and efficient manner, offering solutions and alternatives that meet their needs * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints using our proprietary software * Utilize computer technology to handle high call volumes and perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently * Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide exceptional service * Stay up-to-date with product and service knowledge to provide informed and helpful responses to customer inquiries **Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications: * A four-year degree in a related field (such as business, communications, or customer service) * Proficiency in English; multilingual abilities are a plus * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written * Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset * Experience in customer service or a related field (at least two years) * Knowledge of call center telephony and technology * Familiarity with office software and computer systems * Ability to handle cash transactions (desirable) **Skills and Competencies** To excel in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and competencies: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite * Familiarity with CRM software and customer service platforms * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At blithequark, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their skills.
