* Answering incoming phone calls on the first ring, providing exceptional customer service, and resolving issues promptly
* Scheduling appointments for sales staff to meet prospective customers, ensuring seamless communication and follow-up
* Responding to all inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales requests within specified timeframes, demonstrating a proactive and customer-centric approach
