**Job Summary**

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to arenaflex clients. You'll be the first point of contact for clients, answering their inquiries, providing product information, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. You'll work closely with our team to ensure that clients receive the best possible experience, and that their needs are met with empathy and efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems in a professional and courteous manner
* Provide product information and resolve client issues in a timely and efficient manner
* Strive to meet and exceed personal and team target goals for customer satisfaction and resolution rates
* Record, organize, and file customer interactions and account changes accurately and efficiently
* Upsell products and services as needed to meet client needs and increase revenue
* Schedule call backs and appointments to resolve client needs and improve customer satisfaction
* Collaborate with our team to ensure that clients receive the best possible experience and that their needs are met with empathy and efficiency

**Requirements**

* Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Basic computer skills and experience with customer service software and systems
* Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
* Excellent time management and prioritization skills
* Ability to listen actively, relay information, and answer questions and/or concerns
* Customer-focused for positive customer experience and resolution
* Ability to work in a remote environment and maintain a high level of productivity and motivation

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Experience working in a fast-paced customer service environment
* Knowledge of customer service software and systems
* Experience with upselling and cross-selling products and services
* Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues to achieve goals
* Experience with data entry and record-keeping
