We are seeking a sophisticated, self-motivated Business Development Consultant to manage high-level client engagement in a fully remote, independent capacity. By joining during this targeted Q3 preparation phase, you will undergo comprehensive onboarding to fully align with our upcoming peak global scaling period.
Position Overview
ā¢ Fully Remote (Must reside within the Greater Phoenix Area)
ā¢ Independent contractor engagement
ā¢ Flexible part-time or full-time hours
ā¢ Performance-based earning model with uncapped income potential
Key Responsibilities
ā¢ Participate in structured onboarding, training, and professional development
ā¢ Generate and manage qualified leads using digital marketing platforms
ā¢ Conduct high-level phone and Zoom conversations with prospective international clients
ā¢ Support client onboarding and ongoing engagement
ā¢ Mentor and guide new team members as the organization scales
ā¢ Work independently with a high level of accountability and professionalism
Candidate Profile
ā¢ Proven experience in business development, sales, recruitment, leadership, or corporate client-facing roles
ā¢ Strong communication and relationship-building skills across diverse markets
ā¢ Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial, results-oriented mindset
ā¢ Comfortable working remotely and managing your own schedule
ā¢ Confident using digital tools, online systems, and virtual communication platforms
Professionals with backgrounds in corporate management, sales, consulting, recruitment, leadership, or education who are looking to transition away from the traditional 9-to-5 are highly encouraged to apply.
