**Job Summary**

As a Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you will be the face of our company, interacting with customers through phone, email, and chat to resolve their inquiries and concerns. You will be responsible for processing customer orders, navigating our website and online ordering system, and providing expert product knowledge to customers. **Key Responsibilities**

* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology
* Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve their inquiries and concerns
* Help customers navigate careerzynith's website and online ordering system
* Become a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional service

**Minimum Requirements**

* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
* Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we will train you to provide legendary service for our customers
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

**Preferred Qualifications**

* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
* Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technology tools
* Strong product knowledge or willingness to learn and develop expertise
* Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
