**Position Overview**
As a Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for processing customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology. **Minimum Requirements**
* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
* Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers!
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
**Preferred Qualifications**
* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
* Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
