**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for managing incoming calls, tickets, and live chat messages from customers, communicating with customers to ensure that all of their needs are understood and addressed, and collaborating with other internal departments to ensure that customer requests are fulfilled. You'll also have the opportunity to learn industry knowledge and develop your skills in a fast-paced and supportive environment.
**Shifts and Scheduling**
We offer a variety of shifts to accommodate your schedule, including:
* Monday-Friday: 11:00am-8:00pm
* Training Shift: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:
* Managing incoming calls, tickets, and live chat messages from customers

* General administrative duties
* Troubleshooting customer issues
* Collaborating with other internal departments to ensure that customer requests are fulfilled
* Guiding customers to the correct service based on their business needs provided criteria

* Strong typing and computer skills (40+ wpm)
