About the Role As a Customer Service Representative at Concentrix, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences (CX) to our clients' customers. Your primary responsibilities will include providing inbound customer support, resolving technical issues, addressing billing concerns, and delivering expert customer experiences with a smile. Key Responsibilities: Provide inbound customer support via phone, email, or chat, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of customer inquiries and concerns. Resolve technical issues, addressing billing concerns, and delivering expert customer experiences with a smile. Utilize problem-solving skills to address customer complaints and concerns, escalating issues to senior team members or supervisors as needed. Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure a seamless customer experience. Meet or exceed performance metrics, including customer satisfaction (CSAT) scores, first call resolution (FCR) rates, and average handling time (AHT). Minimum 6 months of customer service experience preferred (or required). Strong PC knowledge and computer navigation skills. Ability to work various shifts as needed, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Live within a 40-mile radius of our Valdosta site. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in a call center or customer-facing environment. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
