**Job Summary**

* Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers
* Participate in training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge
**Essential Qualifications**
* Minimum of one year of experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably in customer service (e.g., retail, restaurant, hospitality)
* Familiarity with computers and internet navigation
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance metrics
* Basic math skills and ability to handle cash and credit transactions (if applicable)
