**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative at Careerzynith, you will be responsible for:
* Managing large volumes of incoming calls, emails, and other customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner
* Identifying and assessing customers' needs to achieve satisfaction and resolve issues promptly
* Providing accurate, valid, and complete information to customers using the right methods and tools
* Handling customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives, and following up to ensure resolution
* Accurately entering customer orders and maintaining accurate records
* Following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to ensure consistency and quality
* Taking the extra mile to engage customers by making outbound calls to existing customers and identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our services
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide seamless support
**Skills and Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
* Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
* Data entry skills and accuracy
* Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
* High school diploma or equivalent
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or retail environment
* Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools
* Experience with data analysis and reporting
* Bilingual or multilingual skills
