**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team on a work-from-home basis. As a CSR, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our valued customers, handling a high volume of calls, and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner. **Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer service to our valued customers via phone, email, and chat
* Handle a high volume of calls, resolving issues in a professional and timely manner
* Utilize computer software and systems to access customer information and resolve issues
* Communicate effectively with customers, both verbally and in writing
* Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
* Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
* Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge
**Essential Qualifications**
* Minimum of one year of experience working in a customer service-related field
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Proficiency with computer software and systems, including internet browsers and email
* Ability to learn new software and systems quickly
* Good conflict resolution skills and ability to handle private and confidential information
* Strong work ethic, demonstrating dependability and a commitment to meeting performance metrics
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Previous experience working in a call center environment
* Good conflict resolution skills and ability to handle complex customer issues
* Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and systems
**Schedule**
We currently have the following full-time shifts available:
* Tuesday through Saturday from 1 pm to 9 pm
* Sunday through Thursday from 1 pm to 9 pm
**Location**
This is a work-from-home position, requiring a dedicated workspace and reliable internet connection.
