Creating and coordinating account documentation, including reports and recommendations
Driving account growth through excellent customer service, delivery, and communication
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
Minimum 2 years of account management or customer success experience
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively with internal teams
Comfort with using software such as MS Office, CRM, and custom-built systems
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with strong empathy for customers and their success
