As a key part of our team, you'll engage with customers, solve problems, and ensure a smooth, seamless experience from order to delivery. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact on customer satisfaction in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Our Consumer Retail Customer Service Representatives provide exceptional support to B2C customers from order placement to delivery. Responsibilities include: * Resolving order discrepancies * Answering customer inquiries * Maintaining clear communication throughout the process The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, problem-solving, and committed to delivering outstanding customer experience. **Shift:** * Weekdays: (Monday to Friday) 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM * Weekends: (Saturday & Sunday) Each agent works one 2-hour shift on both Saturday and Sunday. The weekend shifts rotate weekly, meaning agents will work weekends approximately 1 to no more than 2 times per month **Perks:** * Potential for a hybrid work-from-home schedule!
