**Key Responsibilities**
* Answer claims and eligibility-related questions from clients via phone, ensuring that all queries are resolved efficiently and effectively
* Utilize reference materials to provide accurate and timely responses to client inquiries
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and escalate concerns as needed
* Maintain accurate records of client interactions, including notes and follow-up actions
* Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance knowledge and skills

**Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications) preferred
