**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative on our Central Reservations team, you'll be responsible for assisting guests with booking new lodging, tour, and activity reservations. You'll also handle general customer inquiries, provide exceptional service, and work collaboratively with our team to deliver a world-class experience. This is a seasonal position, lasting until Mid-September 2025, with the potential to convert to a year-round employee based on performance.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Assist guests with booking new lodging, tour, and activity reservations
* Handle general customer inquiries and provide exceptional service

**Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma or GED equivalent
* Strong sales aptitude with ability to up-sell, cross-sell, and overcome objections
* Excellent problem-solving, complaint resolution, and negotiation skills
* Effective communication skills

* Professional and polished demeanor with a positive, upbeat, and friendly personality
