**Key Responsibilities**

As an careerzynith Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing outstanding customer service via phone, email, or chat to our customers. Your key responsibilities will include:

* Providing exceptional support to members, patients, and clients, addressing their questions, concerns, and needs in a timely and professional manner.
* Assisting members with insurance coverage questions, prescription refills, billing concerns, and account inquiries.
* Navigating careerzynith systems to locate account information, process updates, and resolve issues efficiently.
* Maintaining accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and secure.
* Following company policies and privacy regulations, ensuring HIPAA compliance at all times.
* Collaborating with other departments to escalate complex cases when needed.
* Meeting or exceeding performance targets for response time, resolution, and customer satisfaction.

**Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent (some college or healthcare-related coursework preferred).
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
* Basic computer literacy, including proficiency with email, online forms, and data entry.
* Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced remote environment.
* Previous customer service experience preferred; healthcare or pharmacy background is a plus.
