About the Role
As a Customer Service Agent at arenaflex, you will be the primary point of contact for patients, providing exceptional customer service and maintaining positive patient relations. You will be responsible for answering patient inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring that our patients receive the highest level of care and support. Key Responsibilities

Provide service to patients in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that all interactions are respectful and empathetic
Communicate effectively with patients, listening attentively to their concerns and responding in a clear and concise manner
Learn and understand our ETM software operation, as well as billing and account operations, to provide accurate and efficient support to patients
Answer and document all telephone inquiries, researching and resolving problems with patients' bills in a timely and professional manner
Update patients' insurance coverage as needed, print courtesy claims and itemized statements, and rebill accounts after receiving insurance information
Arrange financial agreements with patients using budget plans as needed, ensuring that all financial arrangements are fair and reasonable
Perform other duties and assignments as requested, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances


Essential Qualifications and Experience
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications and experience:

High school diploma or equivalent required, with a strong foundation in English and mathematics
Strong communication skills (oral and written) required, with the ability to speak, listen, and type simultaneously
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities with ease
Understanding and familiarity with Microsoft Windows environment, with the ability to learn new software applications quickly
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, with the ability to communicate effectively with patients who speak Spanish as their primary language


Preferred Qualifications and Experience

Previous experience in customer service, retail, or restaurant service, with a strong background in providing exceptional customer experiences
Experience working in a healthcare environment, with a understanding of medical terminology and healthcare operations
