**Job Summary**

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of our airline, interacting with customers in a kind and beneficial manner to craft memorable experiences. You'll be responsible for:

* **Interacting with Customers**: Providing exceptional service to customers in our lobbies and at gates, supporting them with ticketing, luggage, and other travel-related needs.
* **Problem-Solving**: Stepping up to resolve customer issues and concerns, while maintaining a strong sense of responsibility and accountability.
* **Safety and Security**: Working every day with a safety mentality, ensuring the well-being of yourself and others, and maintaining the highest standards of safety and security.
* **Collaboration**: Running collaboratively with others, assisting your colleagues, and supporting them in achieving success with new processes and technologies.

**Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

* **High School Diploma or Equivalent**: A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a minimum of 18 years of age.
* **Computer Literacy**: Comfortable working with computers, mobile devices, and new technologies.
* **Physical Ability**: Physical ability to stand and walk for an 8-hour shift, carry and handle luggage, and meet airport requirements for badging.
* **Legally Eligible to Work**: Legally eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
* **Attendance Requirements**: Ability to meet the company's attendance requirements and uniform and appearance standards.
