Requirement:
Β Minimum 2 to 30 years of experience in a customer service role.
Β Proven ability to handle a high volume of inquiries efficiently and effectively.

Β Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Β Proficiency in using various computer programs and applications.
Β Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Β Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Β Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
