**Job Type and Working Hours**

We are seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative to work Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. This role offers a competitive hourly salary range, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for professional growth and development.

**Responsibilities**

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex Store, you will be responsible for:

* Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner.

* Resolving customer complaints and issues efficiently, using problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
* Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions, including complaints, issues, and resolutions.

* Conducting follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues.
