**Key Responsibilities**

**Essential Qualifications**

* 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the aviation industry

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software
* High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
