**Job Summary**

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative – Airport Rental Operations, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences at our airport locations. You will be responsible for assisting customers with various aspects of the rental or return process, including checking cars, processing rentals, and providing excellent customer service. This is an outdoor combination role that requires flexibility, a positive attitude, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Assist customers with various aspects of the rental or return process, including checking cars, processing rentals, and providing excellent customer service.
* Work outdoors in a fast-paced environment, interacting with customers and colleagues in a professional and courteous manner.
* Use handheld devices to enter information and process transactions.
* Process rentals for loyalty customers and assist customers at exit gates or check-in cars at return.
* Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
* Participate in on-the-job training and ongoing development to enhance skills and knowledge.

**Essential Qualifications**

* Valid Driver's License.
* Basic computer skills (typing, data entry).
* Effective verbal communication skills.
* Willingness to work outdoors in a fast-paced environment.
* Flexibility to work all shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
* Ability to type, sit, stand, walk, or move throughout rental lot and enter/exit vehicles for prolonged periods and drive a variety of vehicles.
* Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.

**Preferred Qualifications**

* 6 months retail customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
* Previous experience working in a call center or customer-facing role.
* Basic knowledge of computer software and systems.
