About the Role
We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our passengers, responding to their queries, and resolving any issues that may arise. Key Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service to passengers, responding to their queries and resolving any issues that may arise
Collaborate with colleagues and other department leaders to deliver innovative solutions that enable business capabilities
Participate in the design and development of creative batch and streaming data applications using AWS technologies
Support large-scale data pipelines in a distributed and scalable environment
Establish containers and Serverless platform with cloud infrastructure
Provide technical guidance and direction to the team, guiding them in the resolution of questions/issues


Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

A bachelor's degree and 8+ years of professional experience
4+ years of professional experience managing infrastructure and data pipelines using Cloud Solution, Terraform, PySpark, Airflow, or similar technologies
2+ years of experience leading a team that designs, develops, or supports solutions on AWS
Working knowledge of common AWS technologies - EC2, S3, IAM, Lambda, Glue, SNS, others
General familiarity with other AWS technologies
Working knowledge with CI/CD tools, SQL, Python, Spark, Version control system, JIRA
Hands-on experience with any object-oriented programming language
Must be legally authorized to work in the US for any employer without sponsorship


Preferred Qualifications
While not essential, the following qualifications will be highly regarded:

AWS Certification - Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer, or similar
Experience with Data Quality tools - Great Expectations, Deequ, or similar
Excellent knowledge and experience with Linux operating system or Windows
