**Experienced Customer Service Representative – Air Travel Industry**

Our team is made up of talented individuals who share our vision and are committed to making a difference. **Job Summary** As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with a warm and welcoming experience from the moment they arrive at the airport. You'll be responsible for handling a wide range of tasks, from checking in passengers to resolving issues and answering questions. If you're a people person with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, we want to hear from you. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide friendly and efficient service to customers at the ticket counter, baggage claim, and gate areas * Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner * Operate a modernized retail location system to manage check-in, baggage, and other customer transactions * Process payments, make change, and balance daily transactions * Review and inspect baggage and freight to ensure accuracy and security * Answer phone calls to provide information, page customers, resolve issues, and assist with other requests * Manage overbooked flights, delayed or cancelled flights, and other customer issues * Provide accurate and up-to-date information on flight schedules, reservations, and other travel-related topics * Complete forms and reports as required by the organization * Write incident and complaint reports as needed * Perform other duties as assigned by management **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. hospitality, customer service, business administration) * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to type or use a computer keyboard with sufficient speed to meet the needs of the job * Ability to understand records, follow procedures, learn and comprehend tagging systems, rules, and regulations * Ability to work effectively in a team environment, meet the public, and work under stressful circumstances * Ability to complete customer service training program with an 80% or higher average and pass a skills assessment * Knowledge of safety procedures and ability to handle crises on a case-by-case basis * Ability to work under tight time constraints to achieve quick turnaround of flights * Ability to maintain a well-groomed appearance in accordance with the Ground Service Representative Handbook and Work Understanding * Ability to perform all job duties within a confined space * Ability to communicate verbally by phone, in person, and on public address systems effectively * Excellent written and oral communication skills **Preferred Qualifications** * Previous experience in customer service or a related field * Knowledge of airline operations and procedures * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Bilingual or multilingual skills * Experience with computerized systems and software **What We Offer** * Competitive salary range: $20-$30/hour * Flexible, hybrid remote work arrangement * Opportunities for career growth and professional development * Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off * Collaborative and supportive work environment * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and customer-focused individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional service, we want to hear from you.
