Navigate members through their plan benefits, Aetna policy, and procedure, staying abreast of resources to comply with any regulatory rules. Create a profound connection with members by understanding and engaging them fully to advocate for their best health. Anticipate client needs by building a trusting and caring relationship, providing related information to address unasked questions, such as additional plan details and member self-service tools. Explain members' rights as well as certain limitations according to their contract, ensuring transparency and clarity. Essential Qualifications To excel in this role, you must possess: A Bachelor's Degree, demonstrating a solid educational foundation. Client support experience in a transactional environment, such as a call center or retail store, with a proven ability to be sympathetic and merciful. Experience in a production environment, highlighting your ability to work efficiently under various conditions. A High School diploma or GED equivalent, serving as a baseline educational requirement. The ability to commit to either a second or third shift schedule, as this is a second and third shift job.
